How You'll Make Your Mark:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to serve as the primary interface for the US market, collaborating closely with our core product management team based in Israel. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Cybersecurity solutions in the US market. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Cybersecurity, be adept at understanding market demands, and have the technical expertise to provide innovative solutions for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Interface: Act as the liaison between our product management team in Israel and the US market. Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to contribute to the development of effective product strategies.

  • Sales Support: Provide expert support to the sales organization on opportunities, including product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations to help secure key deals and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Product Integration: Collaborate with product teams to facilitate advanced product integration and ensure seamless interoperability of our solutions with third-party products and services.

  • PM Liaison on Strategic Opportunities: Interface with systems engineering and product engineering teams for architecting solutions for large and complex opportunities. Leverage your technical expertise to design innovative and tailored Cybersecurity solutions that meet specific customer requirements.

  • Feature Management: Collect, prioritize, and manage feature requests from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders. Work closely with the product management team to influence product roadmap decisions based on customer needs and market demands.

  • Product Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to other members of the engineering team to improve product quality, performance, and user experience.

  • In-depth Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the SSE Cybersecurity solution. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in the Cybersecurity domain.JOB IS FROM: italents.netVIEW

  • Product Roadmap Communication: Regularly communicate updates on the product roadmap to the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and understanding of upcoming product features and enhancements.

  • Feature Demonstrations: Organize and conduct product demonstrations to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners. Effectively showcase the value and capabilities of new features and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Cybersecurity industry, with a track record of successful product launches and market engagement.

  • Strong technical background and proficiency in Cybersecurity concepts and solutions, with a particular focus on the following technologies:

  • Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA): Demonstrated expertise in ZTNA solutions, including a deep understanding of principles such as micro-segmentation, identity-based access control, and context-aware security. Experience with leading ZTNA products and services, as well as the ability to design and implement ZTNA architectures, is highly desirable.

  • Secure Web Gateway (SWG): In-depth knowledge of Secure Web Gateway solutions, including web filtering, malware protection, data loss prevention, and threat intelligence. Familiarity with SWG deployment models, policy management, and integration with other security components is essential.

  • Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB): Proficiency in CASB technologies, encompassing cloud application visibility and control, data protection in cloud environments, and cloud security posture management. Experience with major CASB platforms and the ability to address challenges in cloud security are advantageous.

  • Computer Networking: Comprehensive understanding of computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP protocols, network segmentation, firewall technologies, VPNs, and network security best practices. Knowledge of network architecture design and optimization is beneficial.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner is essential.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Proven experience in collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product success.

  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to make data-driven decisions and identify business opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and market demands effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or vendor-specific certifications related to ZTNA, SWG, and CASB solutions.

  • Experience working in both start-up and established corporate environments, with a track record of adapting to dynamic market conditions and driving innovation.

  • Familiarity with cloud security, network security, and threat intelligence solutions, including hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and security technologies designed to protect cloud-based assets.

  •  Networking + Internet Architecture

  • Cybersecurity, Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS

  • SAML / IDPs i.e. Okta, Azure AD

  • Web browsers / Web Security / Certificates

  • Cloud Infrastructure / Microservices architecture

  • Windows, Mac, Linux (agents)

  • MDM / iOS / Android Security

  • Hebrew and English Language Advanced to Bilingual
