Job Description
The Software Development Manager: Integration oversees the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions that connect various systems, applications, and platforms within the organization. This role involves leading a team of engineers to create and manage scalable solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between disparate systems.

Experience, knowledge & skills required:
Degree in Computer Science or related qualification
8 - 12 years’ experience
Experience in Agile Methodology and Safe/Scrum Framework
Exposure to AWS or related cloud infrastructure
Exposure to cost, invoice and service providers management
Experience working on integration projects for middle market and enterprise size insurance companies preferred
Proven experience in managing and guiding a technical team comprising over 5 members
Experience on cloud event monitoring tools for always-on
Experience in DevSecOps
