We are PwC, a leading firm in the market for Audit, Consulting, Tax Advisory, Legal, and Outsourcing services.

We are looking for a Python Lead Automation interested in developing within the STEM team.

Tasks:

• Supervise and guide automation engineers in the development and maintenance of test scripts. 

• Design, implement and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver. 

• Work closely with development and testing teams to understand project requirements and define testing strategies. 

• Lead the selection and integration of appropriate testing tools and technologies. 

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the automation team to improve their skills. 

• Keep up to date with trends and advancements in test automation and apply best practices across the team.

Skills:

• Proficient in Python and experience using PyTest with Selenium for test automation.

• Advanced knowledge in creating and maintaining test automation frameworks.

• Experience in Azure DevOps and Jira for project management and task tracking.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and development practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

• Ability to lead and collaborate with globally distributed teams.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with different teams and stakeholders.

• Understand the importance of correct information management
• Knowledge of information security and data protection
