• Lead and coordinate the Acute Care Student units for Cardiothoracic patients.

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to physiotherapy students and junior staff.

• Contribute to quality improvement activities within the Cardiothoracic Stream.

• Plan and develop the Acute Care Student Unit in collaboration with the Physiotherapy Manager and key stakeholders.

• Participate in research and education related to adult learning principles and best practice in clinical education.

About you

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current Australian Physiotherapy Registration.

• Experience in the clinical education of physiotherapy students.

• Specialist knowledge in Cardiothoracic physiotherapy.

• Experience in clinical supervision and teaching.

• Proven ability to manage and evaluate clinical placements.
