Lead and coordinate the Acute Care Student units for Cardiothoracic patients.
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to physiotherapy students and junior staff.
Contribute to quality improvement activities within the Cardiothoracic Stream.
Plan and develop the Acute Care Student Unit in collaboration with the Physiotherapy Manager and key stakeholders.
Participate in research and education related to adult learning principles and best practice in clinical education.
About you
Degree in Physiotherapy with current Australian Physiotherapy Registration.
Experience in the clinical education of physiotherapy students.
Specialist knowledge in Cardiothoracic physiotherapy.
Experience in clinical supervision and teaching.
Proven ability to manage and evaluate clinical placements.
