The Medical Devices Group is seeking a Computer Science/ Electronics Engineer Intern to join our Medical Products Group in the Emerging Business Unit.
We are looking for talented and motivated engineering students in electronic engineering or computer science to join our Cloud and Systems Integration team. This internship provides a broad perspective of the entire project, as cloud technologies serve as the backbone connecting all developments within our group. Interns will have the opportunity to interact with multiple teams, gaining insight into the different aspects of our work and contributing to seamless system integration—an experience that can be highly rewarding and motivating.
Our group is inherently multidisciplinary, covering a wide range of expertise, from electronic prototyping and radio communications to cloud-based backend solutions, frontend development, and web applications. Additionally, we collaborate on clinical trials, supporting real-world testing and validation of our technologies. This diversity offers a unique opportunity to develop cross-functional skills and work in an environment where hardware meets software and research meets application. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboration in implementation of containerized cloud services for medical devices.
- Development and testing of internal webapp tool for system integration debugging.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Javascript).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge in UI/UX and visual style.
- Be familiar with electronic schematics.
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
