Your role
As Senior Enterprise Software Engineer of Enterprise systems you are the technical expert to implement software development and integration requests from the business.
The most important activities of the Senior Enterprise Software Engineer are to independently create robust end-user solutions and/or integrations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance in critical business domains.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior Enterprise Software Engineer of Enterprise systems Analyzes and translates the business/system requirements into technical designs and develops robust end-user solutions, so that the organization is optimally supported:
Independently develop and improve software solutions/integrations.
Lead code reviews and uphold coding standards.
Conduct in-depth debugging and optimization.
Perform end-to-end testing and validation.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and designs.
Implement and monitor software performance improvements.
Monitor integration/system alerts and resolve issues with minimum impact to business
Offer technical advice during project planning and project delivery.
Support deployment strategies and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements.
Provide advanced technical support to resolve user issues.
Advises and supports functional support, business analysts, team managers and architects in delivering technical information and resolutions as efficiently as possible
Makes proposals for adjustments to the system landscape in consultation with architects and managers.
Is responsible and point of contact for the integration of various systems
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field.
Certification: ASL/BiSL or ITIL certification preferred
Minimum 10 + years broad Information Technology experience
Strong software development experience of at least 7+ years in a complex multinational organization supporting multiple business units and multiple enterprise systems like SAP and SAAS Applications like SFDC, Eloqua, Coupa.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in designing and developing integrations between various source and target systems.
In-depth knowledge of standards/technologies that enable messaging, including XML JSON, WSDL, SOAP, RESTful services, JMS, HTTP, SSL, encryption, SFTP and DB2, SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle Database.
In-depth knowledge of programming languages/tools, including Powershell, VB, C++, DotNet, Java, XML, HTML5
In-depth knowledge of Networking technologies and protocols and OS versions like Windows, Unix and Linux
Strong understanding of version control and branching strategy
Experience in data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment demonstrating strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
