Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our development teams as Java Software Engineer, with focus on backend development, technology being Java EE.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly performant backend services that power great frontend experiences.

• Develop, configure and write unit/integration tests for the software to meet user requirements and associated acceptance criteria, performance criteria JOB IS FROM: italents.netVIEWand non-functional requirements in line with set conventions and processes.

• Coordinate with QA/PO and other functions within team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Good analytical and problem solving skills.

• Ability to understand software designs concepts and perform follow-up of other SW development and test task within the scope of your experience.

• Perform an intake and acceptance on SW development tasks.

• Execute the quality procedures on SW development and deliver high quality components with regards to performance, scalability and robustness.

• Participate in peer code reviews (using tools), customer support etc.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

• 2+ years of backend engineering experience (Java, Kotlin).

• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

• Experience with Maven and JUnit

• Experience working on enterprise software and software integration

• Experience with REST API’s and Web application Security (including design and testing)

• Advanced communication skills in English
