Job Description

Are you looking for an administrative support role that enhances your project management experience and allows you to support senior leadership in a global environment?  If so, this Administrative Support Staff role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.

As part of our Administrative Support Staff, you will provide end to end delivery of programs and projects.  The role will require independent judgment and discretion and will often require the incumbent to create processes and identify improvement areas.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience (ask hiring manager what the specific equivalent experience is)

  • Experience managing vendors

  • Data management, analysis and data visualization experience

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • SharePoint Experience

  • HTML knowledge

  • Advanced Excel Skills

  • Proven ability to create strong internal relationships across different functions and at all levels of the organization

  • Analytical skills

  • Flexible working style, especially with various time zones on global projects

  • Excellent organizational skills
