We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to drive strategic digital projects and deliver critical solutions by designing and implementing enterprise-level software that adheres to best practices, compliance policies, and organizational frameworks.
What are we expecting from this role?
- Partner with technical business analysts and group technology to define requirements, conduct impact analyses, and implement integrated solutions.
- Develop and implement software solutions, including full-stack applications, for local and enterprise-level projects.
- Implement integrations between local, group, and partner systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Ensure all development adheres to group policies, digital standards, and industry best practices.
- Implement automated unit testing and manage quality control for all software development, including vendor and outsourced work.
- Provide Level 3 application support for complex technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior software engineers.
- Performing other tasks assigned by Management.
Who are we looking for?
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years in an IT/Digital role as a Solution Architect, IT Business Analyst, or Technical Product Owner.
- Experience leading development teams in software implementation.
- Experience in API integration (payment, partner).
- Experience with Azure Services (Azure SQL PaaS, Azure VM, Azure Kubernetes Services).
- Experience in Agile software development and CI/CD deployment models.
- Proficiency with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL PaaS DB) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB).
- Proficiency in developing enterprise-level web and mobile applications using C#, Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, React Native, and React JS.
- Ability to design backend data frameworks or frontend UI frameworks.
- Familiarity with corporate processes, group policies, and frameworks.
