Role title: Senior Physiotherapist - Cardiothoracic/Cardiothoracic Transplant
Role type: Fixed Term, Full Time (38 hours per week, 11-month contract until 1/5/26)
Role grade: Physiotherapist Level 3, Year 1-2
Department and location: Physiotherapy Department, St Vincent’s Hospital, Darlinghurst
Salary: $112,396 - $116,038 + super

About the role
Provide high-quality care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings
Support service development for heart-lung transplant and cardiothoracic patients
Work in a dynamic team with opportunities for clinical supervision and education
Develop and lead clinical services within a leading healthcare organisation
Contribute to quality improvement and change management within the service
About you
Degree in physiotherapy with current Australian physiotherapy registration
Extensive experience in cardiothoracic physiotherapy, including heart-lung transplantation
Strong background in providing education and clinical supervision to staff
Demonstrated expertise in managing complex cardiothoracic cases and ambulatory care
Ability to plan, implement, and lead clinical services and quality improvement initiatives
