We are looking for someone with:
3-5 years of experience:
Proven experience in developing production software (NodeJS) and strong understanding of software engineering best practices
Experience in developing applications using modern Javascript frameworks (Angular, ReactJS)
Experience in developing containerize applications
Ability to coach and train others, with a passion for helping others learn
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to have:
Azure Certifications (AZ 900 and AI 900)
Experience in using Kubernetes
Intermediate knowledge of Azure and managing cloud infrastructure
Understanding of AI Systems and GenAI Applications
Experience using Instructional Design Tools such as Articulate, LMS , Canva and similar tools
On the job you will:
Collaborate with the Global Software Engineering Training team to develop and implement training programs to deliver on Global up skilling Initiatives.
Create learning materials and resources to support the training curriculum
Develop and maintain software systems to support the upskilling initiatives
Deliver training programs and provide coaching to engineers globally to enhance their skills and knowledge
Collaborate with our global colleagues and help establish best practices.
