Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW
Under guidance, controls the report generation process and provides guidance and support to clients daily or as a specialist on specific products/services.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the contract fulfillment to specifications of basic and routine reports for defined customers.
- Reviews client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.
- Follows IQVIA data verification protocols.
- Develop and maintain internal Excel and PowerPoint automation tools for the development team, utilizing Python scripts to enhance data processing efficiency, report generation, and presentation capabilities;
- Design and implement customer data visualization solutions using Tableau and other tools, develop, update, and maintain customized analytical reports;
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, independently perform data cleaning, analysis modeling, and report logic design, ensuring the accuracy and professionalism of output content;
- Assist in optimizing the team's data management processes by writing automation scripts and tool usage documentation, promoting the implementation of standards;
- Collaborate effectively across departments, efficiently interfacing with business, technology, and client teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analysis, Pharmaceutica or related fields is preferred;
- Proficiency in Python programming and expertise in Tableau. Possess the ability to develop complex data dashboards and dynamic report designs;
- Familiarity with advanced Excel features (VBA/Power Query/nested functions) and advanced PowerPoint layout techniques;
- English proficiency at CET-4 level or equivalent, capable of fluent written report preparation and business communication in English；
- Logical rigor and sensitivity to data, able to quickly identify business pain points and propose solutions;
- Excellent skills in cross-team collaboration and customer service awareness, capable of working under pressure;
- Detail-oriented personality with a continuous passion for developing automation tools and actively optimizing repetitive tasks.
Preferred Skills & Experiences
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or front-end visualization technologies;
- Experience in the pharmaceuticals, consulting firms, finance, or cross-border e-commerce industries.
