The Sales Analytics and Insight Specialist is responsible for analyzing the sales team’s performance and ensuring that sales campaigns, incentive programs, and KPIs align with business objectives. The role involves maintaining performance data, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders, including the finance team, to support accurate rewards calculations and optimize sales strategies.

Data Analytics & Business Insights:

  • Manage and update Power BI dashboards to track sales team performance metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Prepare and distribute performance reports and visuals, including insights for management
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.  Create presentations for senior leadership to showcase performance insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to calculate and validate rewards and incentives.
  • Support special sales campaigns by managing leads and providing timely updates.
  • Conduct simulations for rewards programs, incentive structures, and target setting.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and health insurance. Work closely with stakeholders to refine campaign strategies and gather feedback.

Sales Performance Management:

  • Quality Business KPIs monitoring and improvement example Persistency Performance.
  • Performance monitoring (sales and non-sales related reports)
  • Develop insightful reports and dashboards for business reviews and executive meetings.
  • Enhance reporting processes through automation for improved efficiency.

Commission & Rewards Management:

  • Ensure accurate and timely incentive calculations for payroll processing.
  • Provide guidance on incentive structures and address related inquiries.
  • Design and evaluate sales campaigns to optimize investment and performance.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure relevance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the health insurance or healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, Bi-lingual 
  • MS office skills are essential 
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
