QA lead. Experienced Testing manager who will help the Product Team setup QA function and execute on Test Strategy

i. Define Testing Strategy
ii. Lead Test creation, execution and management during AI Product team releases
iii. Candidate will also need to directly participate to testing, writing and executing scripts
v. Previous experience in a QA lead role coordinating QA  resources
vi. Good analytical skills for reporting and ability to communicate at different levels
vii. Experience with Automated testing tools (Selenium)
viii. Experience in API testing
viii. Experience in Testing AI/ML solutions is a plus

Knowledge of at least one Insurance type:  Specialty, P&C, life.
Knowledge of London market.
Requirement gathering, analysis, Business design.

Translating requirement into user stories
Guiding the team is developing test plan
Coordination with other product teams and Product Manager in requirement gathering and analysis.
