C/C++ Software Engineer (Mid) (motorolasolutions)

Job Description

You will join one of our several Scrum teams (about 5 engineers each) responsible for end to end software development life-cycle: specification and design, planning, development, integration and testing of the customer features for our site equipment on several software architecture layers, including those close to hardware through equipment-controlling applications.

Technologies used

C++, Linux, Dockers, a bit of Python here and there, Git. And Jenkins - in our daily work we focus on continuous integration with instant feedback on our commits and we strive to automate our processes as we don’t like doing repetitive manual work.JOB IS FROM: italents.netVIEW

Basic Requirements

• Knowledge of C and C++ programming languages

• Version control system e.g. Git

• Linux system skills

• English skills at a level allowing efficient communication

• Ability to analyze, understand the code and solve issues

• Focus on quality

• Willingness to learn

• Willingness to work 2 days a week from the office in Krakow

Following skills will be a plus:

• Knowledge of C++ 11 or newer

• Knowledge of Python programming language

• Knowledge of Software Design Patterns

• Knowledge and experience in the following tools: Git, Jenkins, Jira, Docker

• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies or work experience in Scrum teams

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical studies
