We are looking a Cybersecurity Analyst in P&G Medellin Plant as part of our Digital Transformation Value Protection strategy in a very collaborative and exciting environment while developing different skills to grow in the position and safeguarding our digital structure and assets. You will be able also to train others and bring awareness to protect our digital assets in our site, as well as developing guidelines based on global IT standards. You will need to audit IT standards on a regular basis as one of the main activities. You must have the ability to foster and maintain working relationships including timely and effective communication at all levels (Plant Manager, Plants IT Leader, Site Digital Champion, Site End-to-End Site Operations Leader, Product Supply Enterprise Security Leadership Team, BU Cybersecurity Leader, among others).
The Cybersecurity Analyst’s activities will be responsible of several deliverables based on Plant or Global priorities, to name a few:
- Cybersecurity Incident Response
- IT Asset Inventories and physical security awareness
- Education and awareness to adopt best practices
- EVP Enrollment & Compliance
- PS-Assigned IT/OT Related Controls Self Assessments.
- Access Control
- Vulnerability & Risk Mitigation
- ICS Firewall
- Policy & Standards Compliance
- Standards, Policy, & Procedure Documentation
- Budgetary Planning
- OT Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Planning
An individual in this position should be expected to understand fundamental concepts related to networking, operating systems, applications, firewalls, cybersecurity, access control, industrial control systems, and other domains as they become relevant. The Cybersecurity Analyst is not expected to be a subject matter expert in all domains and must make use of other resources, both internal and external to the site, for the support and execution of work.

Job Qualifications
- Technician or professional in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
- 1-3 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth and common security elements.
- Knowledge on analyzing high volumes of logs, network data (e.g. Netflow, FPC), and other attack artifacts in support of incident investigations
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanning solutions.
- Familiarity with Vulnerability Management program.
- Knowledge of architecture, engineering, and operations of at least one enterprise SIEM platform (e.g. Crowdstrike).
- (Nice to have) Certifications such as SANS GIAC/GCIA/GCHI, CISSP or CASP and/or SIEM-specific trainings and certifications.
