A Day in the Life

In this role, you will join a world class team of engineers within the Surgical Operating unit responsible for developing medical device focusing on diagnosis of lung cancer.

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing R&D team working on a cutting-edge medical device with real-time electromagnetic navigation.
You'll help design and develop a complex, service-oriented system that integrates React, C#, integrate advanced algorithms, and hardware-level protocols (DDS) — all with a strong focus on clinical-grade quality, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Design and develop full-stack features, focusing on React and C# in a service-oriented architecture
  • Collaborate with algorithm, UX, hardware, and clinical teams to seamlessly integrate navigation algorithms and hardware protocols
  • Build scalable and maintainable services, ensuring robust data flow between system components
  • Support system architecture and design discussions and take ownership of key software components
  • In a regulated environment, contribute to design documentation, unit tests, and code reviews. 
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges, including system integration issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements in the development process and the product.


Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering/other relevant field or equivalent work experience – Must 
  • 3+ years of R&D experience in Back-End or Full-Stack  
  • 2+ Years of .Net development experience
  • Excellent coding skills  
  • Familiar with automated testing platforms and unit tests,
  • Possess outstanding communication and collaboration skills, enabling excellent interaction with interdisciplinary professionals and researchers
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Eager to learn and work with new environments and technologies - keep updating on new technologies and trends to proactively suggest ideas to improve our technology ecosystem.
