Role Overview:

As a Senior Full-stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing technology-enabled solutions. You will contribute to creating agile operating models and leveraging digital analytics to enhance customer experiences and optimize business operations. You will be a key contributor to our passionate team, driving the continued growth of our practice and making a significant impact on our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with industry-leading engineers and business analysts to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.

• Design APIs, microservice architecture, and algorithms to develop new software and systems.

• Draft technical specifications for various stages of implementation projects.

• Implement integrations with third-party applications and data sources.

• Utilize workflow, document management, content management, portal systems, and relevant frameworks.

• Produce clean, elegant code that adheres to enterprise standards.

• Support work streams delivering innovative solutions for design patterns and deployments.

• Actively participate in scrum calls, team discussions, and interact with other teams to clearly communicate progress and address impediments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in full-stack development.

• Proficiency in programming with Python and JavaScript.

• Fluency in English, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher.

• Experience in leading a team is a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
