What You Will Do
Crafting reports from OneView (QlikSense) and SAP to accurately capture current staffing and financial data for the MCSS organization across a suite of military engine programs
Providing data-driven support to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and business managers within MCSS so that key program developments can be highlighted and analyzed by multiple levels of leadership
Identification of data anomalies and cost/schedule trends to alert the business team to systemic or isolated shifts that may impact the execution of projects or control accounts.
Establishing a set cadence to a series of reports generated for leadership initiatives and CORE-driven projects that are integral to MCSS’s ability to effectively monitor headcount and pivot in accordance with new direction or changing conditions.
Assistance with linking points of communication within the organization to connect stakeholders with one another when questions arise
Ad-hoc data-driven support to CAMs for a variety of monthly rhythm deliverables as needed/requested.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree and/or < 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Basic experience/familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or integrating project or program cost, schedule and progression.
Qualifications We Prefer
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Excel, PowerPoint and Word are all essential to being able to effectively synthesize data across multiple engine programs and disciplines
Experience with SAP or similar ERP.
Strong presentation skills or experience; ability to concisely summarize data in a visual format that clearly highlights key points and information
Familiarity with CORE as a tool to drive continuous process improvement, and a willingness to engage with and utilize its tenets to assist in driving key business transformations

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
