What will you do?
Lead IAM operational risk controls by identifying and reporting security risks in accordance with RBC's Logical Access Security Standards (LASS).
Proactively investigate and perform operational enhancements.
Function as point of escalation and resolution for incidents and project related issues.
Accountable for consultation and issue resolution for Access Manager functional issues.
Provide key metrics insights to management and Audit in support of RBC’s IAM controls.
Identify and execute on automation opportunities to streamline processes leading to efficiencies and/or delivery improvements
Identification, tracking & documentation of escalations/gaps/trends to reduce problem re-occurrences.
Identify enhancement opportunities and perform testing for production releases.
What do you need to succeed? Must have:
5+ years experience in executing and maintaining Access Management solutions (SailPoint IIQ preferred) and compliance controls in large enterprise environments
Strong understanding of ITIL process concepts, IT standards, methodologies & audit requirements
Ability to manage, prioritize, and execute with minimal direction or oversight in a high-pressure environment with emotional intelligence
Cross-functional collaboration and negotiation with internal teams for effective task completion
Proficient technical experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, etc.) and Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence).
Experience with one or more of IAM capabilities & tools (SailPoint, GDS, CyberArk/PAM etc.)
Proven experience with automating operational processes
Nice-to-have
SailPoint: IdentityIQ (IIQ) experience
