THE TEAM
At Live Nation, our mission is to maintain the trust and confidence of our fans, artists, employees, and partners. As the Training and Awareness Manager on the Information Security team, you’ll play a critical role in promoting a culture of security through engaging training experiences.
THE ROLE
You will lead efforts to educate employees on Information Security best practices through interactive workshops, engaging training seminars, and on-demand learning resources. Partnering closely with subject matter experts, you'll design and deliver high-impact training materials and collaborate across the company to ensure our initiatives are best-in-class.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Policy, Planning, and Strategy. This is a hybrid position with on-site work based in Beverly Hills, CA.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
- Develop and manage Information Security training materials, including videos, FAQs, and content hosted on internal web portals.
- Plan and facilitate interactive workshops, meetings, and project discussions to foster alignment and engagement across teams.
- Design and deliver training programs in multiple formats—virtual, in-person, hybrid, and micro-learning—to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Evaluate learner feedback and training metrics to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Track and report on the performance of key training initiatives; present updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Stay current on training trends, learning technologies, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to onboarding materials and training resources for new hires.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align training content with organizational priorities and security strategy.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training and development, ideally in corporate or higher education settings.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in facilitation and instructional design.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, webinar platforms, and e-learning software.
- Familiarity with assessment techniques to measure training impact.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in remote and distributed work environments.
- Demonstrated ability to tailor training to different audiences and experience levels.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$96,000.00 USD - $120,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
