Description -

FY25 hiring demand intended for global university hiring, aligned to the job role noted. May be aligned to an evergreen requisition

Responsibilities

Designs, codes, and debugs applications in various software languages.
Assists in the design and implementation of software products.
Develops and maintains application design, program specification documents, and proprietary web applications.
Conducts a wide range of tests and analyses to ensure hardware and/or software meets or exceeds standards and end-user requirements.

Participates in a collaborative team supporting current applications, as well as future technology platforms that touch every part of business.
Helps in customer support, technical need analysis, interface programming and testing.
Supports priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.
Troubleshoots incidents, identifies root cause, documents problems, and implements preventative measures.
Reports daily project status at team meetings and documents all code changes in issue tracking system.
Stays updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Proposes innovative ideas and solutions to enhance existing products or develop new ones.

Education and Experience Required

Four-year Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in software designing & development, software architecture, programming languages, or a related field.
