Senior IAM Engineer – SailPoint Specialist (IGA Focus)

Role Overview:
Seeking a technically skilled Senior IAM Engineer with deep expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ). This role leads the development, integration, and support of IGA solutions, ensuring secure and efficient identity lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement IGA solutions using SailPoint ISC/IIQ.
• Develop connectors, workflows, and policies.
• Manage user lifecycle, RBAC, and compliance controls.
• Integrate with AD, LDAP, EntraID, Workday, and other platforms.
• Lead incident troubleshooting and support.
• Mentor junior engineers and support onboarding.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IAM, with 3+ years in SailPoint.
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python.
• Experience with AD, LDAP, EntraID, and databases.
• Strong communication and project leadership skills.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Science, or related IT field preferred.
• Equivalent work experience accepted.

Senior IAM Engineer – PAM Specialist

Role Overview:
Looking for a Senior IAM Engineer with strong experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), primarily with Delinea Secret Server and CyberArk. This role focuses on securing privileged credentials and enforcing access policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement PAM solutions (Delinea, CyberArk).
• Configure vaulting, session monitoring, and privilege elevation.
• Integrate PAM with AD, LDAP, EntraID, and databases.
• Collaborate on least privilege enforcement and compliance.
• Support audits and resolve PAM incidents.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IAM/Cybersecurity, 3+ years in PAM.
• Hands-on with Delinea, CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify.
• Strong scripting skills (Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).
• Familiar with AD, LDAP, EntraID, SQL.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Science, or related IT field preferred.
• Equivalent work experience accepted.
